Kitchen Table Conversation : We Need To Talk About Food Design
Agriculturalists, economists, chefs, politicians and policy makers, and educationalists have well-rehearsed and well-known opinions and ‘solutions’ relating to improving food and the food system. How do design led approaches differ?
In this Kitchen Table we will explore the multidisciplinary field of Food Design to learn more about key principles of philosophy; how we seek to transform and interact with food to make it a more engaging, responsible, and enriching part of our lives.’
Our selected conversationalists Sophie Lovell, Sonia Massari, Leila Snevele, Fabio Parasecoli, and Priya Mani will discuss their approaches and their work in this pioneering area.
