Oxford Symposium 2010

 

Registration for the 2010 Symposium, ‘Cured, Fermented and Smoked Foods', to be held 9—11 July at St. Catherine’s College is now open. Registration can be completed either by registering on-line or by downloading the PDF registration form, completing, and returning with appropriate payment to the Symposium administrator.
